Although Shepherd Land Planning , PLC is a newly created firm (2007), its principal has over 20 years of landscape architecture and land planning experience. The firm was created with the belief that land planning, landscape architecture and design are a collaborative effort between several groups: clients, engineers, architects, planners, environmentalists, construction managers and local governments.
